【交通银行推动全市场首单企业自贸离岸债业务落地】金十数据8月14日讯，近日，作为主承销团成员之一，交银集团助力上海电气发行全市场首单企业自贸离岸债，总额15亿元，这也是自贸离岸债首次在香港交易所挂牌。本次发行是上海自贸试验区离岸金融创新的重要进展，也是2026陆家嘴论坛《上海国际金融中心发展离岸金融行动方案》发布后自贸离岸债领域的标志性成果。
Bank of Communications Group, as one of the lead underwriters, supported Shanghai Electric's issuance of the market's first corporate Shanghai Free-Trade Zone offshore bond, raising RMB 1.5 bln. The note is the first FTZ offshore corporate bond to list on HKEX. The transaction marks a milestone in Shanghai FTZ offshore finance and follows the 2026 Lujiazui Forum Shanghai International Financial Center Offshore Finance Action Plan.
