China's commodity futures main contracts were mixed at the morning session close. Glass fell about 3%, soda ash dropped over 2%; alumina, cast aluminium and coking coal declined more than 1%; urea, stainless steel (SS) and Shanghai aluminium were down near 1%. On the upside, synthetic rubber rose over 2%; pulp, methanol and container freight—Europe route gained nearly 2%; PTA, paraxylene (PX), eggs, short fiber, plastics, fuel oil, SC crude oil and PET flakes advanced more than 1%.
China 2-year bond futures (TS) most-active contract up 0.01% at the morning session close; 5-year (TF) up 0.03%; 10-year (T) up 0.05%; 30-year (TL) up 0.40%.

【美团骑手“等灯停表”功能已在北京试点路测】金十数据8月13日讯，8月13日，美团(03690.HK)上线外卖骑手“等灯停表”功能在京首个正式版本，试点区域已开始路测。据悉，今年上半年，美团配送安全技术团队已在北京部分道路开展产品内测，并搭建产品雏形，为全国各地试点落地提供了范本，目前已在率先接入交通数据的北京朝阳区、通州区、经济技术开发区的部分道路进行试点路测。北京外卖骑手等红灯时间，将逐步实现单独累加计算并在配送时间中顺延。美团透露，还有20余个城市也在评估中，具备条件的城市会陆续上线。
Aug 13 — Meituan (03690.HK) released the first formal version of a rider "wait-at-lights" stopwatch and has begun road testing in Beijing. The delivery safety tech team ran internal tests on select Beijing roads in 1H and built a prototype; the pilot is now live on roads in Chaoyang, Tongzhou and the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Zone where traffic data is integrated. The feature will separately accumulate red-light waiting time and extend delivery ETAs accordingly. Meituan said more than 20 other cities are evaluating the feature; qualified cities will be rolled out progressively
【川润股份：向特定对象发行股票申请获深交所受理】金十数据8月13日讯，川润股份公告，公司近日收到深交所出具的《关于受理四川川润股份有限公司向特定对象发行股票申请文件的通知》（深证上审〔2026〕244号），深交所认为申请文件齐备，决定予以受理。本次发行事项尚需通过深交所审核并获得中国证监会同意注册的批复后方可实施，最终能否通过及时间尚存在不确定性。
沧州明珠在互动平台表示，公司具备生产5u超薄高强隔膜的能力。目前该类产品尚未形成批量供应、批量销售，针对客户尚处于小批量试用阶段。
【长飞光纤中标中国电信广东公司1.59亿元空芯光缆集采】金十数据8月13日讯，据长飞光纤消息，近日，“2026年中国电信广东公司空芯光缆、G.654.E光缆框架采购项目”中标结果正式公示，长飞光纤以1.59亿元（含税）报价中标100%份额。此次集采是目前国内最大单体空芯光缆采购项目，其定标结果标志着空芯光纤技术已从试点验证迈入规模化商用阶段。

The purchase is the largest single domestic hollow‑core cable procurement to date and signals hollow‑core fiber moving from pilot validation to commercial‑scale deployment.
