航运情报公司Kpler数据显示，8月份，沙特的炼油能力下降到了约220万桶/天。由于霍尔木兹海峡的限制，东部地区的石油运输受到阻碍，因此炼油厂不得不更多地依赖红海航线。该航线能容纳约187万桶/日的炼油能力。不过，曼德海峡的安全问题削弱了这一替代路线的灵活性，导致沙特的石油出口在东西两个方向上都面临风险。吉赞炼油厂40万桶/日的产能在7月胡塞武装袭击及随后对相关基础设施的攻击后仍处于停运状态，而沙特阿美与道达尔合资的SATORP公司20万桶/日的常减压装置及相关单元自4月以来一直进行维护，目前仍需延长维修时间。Kpler预计SATORP公司将在今年第四季度中后期逐步恢复生产，支撑沙特炼油能力在四季度回升至245万桶/日。到2027年第一季度，随着剩余受损产能恢复正常运行水平，产量将更接近战前水平，届时产量有望实现更显著的增长。
