Hong Kong's Hang Seng TECH Index turned positive in the afternoon as the Hang Seng Index's decline narrowed to 0.44%. Technology and auto names rebounded from session lows: Sunny Optical (02382.HK) and Xiaomi (01810.HK) rose over 2%, while Nio (09866.HK), JD.com (09618.HK), Tencent (00700.HK), Meituan (03690.HK) and BYD (01211.HK) gained around 1%.
