The National Health Commission (NHC) is drafting a Childcare Services Law that has entered the National People’s Congress review process. The NHC is also revising the Blood Donation Law enacted more than 20 years ago to reflect current supply‑demand conditions. The commission said health‑sector legislation and the legal environment will be strengthened during the 15th Five‑Year Plan period.
