U.S. Treasury yields were mostly lower as investors awaited a likely Federal Reserve rate increase on Wednesday; only the ultra-long Treasury ticked higher. TD Securities says it expects the FOMC to raise policy rates 25bps in September, marking the start of a tightening cycle, and forecasts cumulative hikes of 75bps through Q1 2027, with further increases penciled in for October and January. 2‑year Treasury yield down 3.3bps at 4.610%; 10‑year down 1bp at 4.964%; 30‑year up 0.8bp at 5.362%.
