Trade sources said an Indian oil company bought 4 mln barrels of crude in a tender for November delivery, sourcing barrels from the Middle East and Africa. Purchases: 1) 1 mln barrels Basra heavy from Trafigura at about $14/bbl premium to October Dubai; 2) 1 mln barrels Libya Sarir/Messla blend from Mercuria at about $23/bbl premium to October Brent spot; 3) 1 mln barrels Angola Cabinda from Glencore at about $17/bbl premium to October Brent spot; 4) 1 mln barrels Nigeria Utapate from Glencore at about $21/bbl premium to October Brent spot.
