SERES said AITO is jointly designed with Huawei and remains a core member of the HarmonyOS intelligent-driving family. Under the new cooperation model, Huawei terminals will continue to participate in enabling AITO. SERES holds a 10% stake in Shenzhen Yinwang, which aggregates many of Huawei’s core smart-vehicle technologies. As a shareholder, SERES says AITO will have access to Huawei’s latest technologies, products and supply assurances.
