SAMR deputy director Shu Wei said at a briefing on the 20th that during the 15th Five-Year Plan China will establish no fewer than 30 national quality inspection centers and at least 300 public inspection and testing service platforms. SAMR will promote certification adoption in Beidou navigation and integrated circuits and expand service certification in elderly care and health sectors.
