Trade sources said on Monday India’s largest refiner Indian Oil Corporation bought 2.0 mln barrels of Basrah Medium and Basrah Heavy for October loading at about $28/bbl below the October Dubai benchmark on a FOB basis. The cargoes were bought from trader Mercuria after IOC issued a tender for loading between Oct. 21 and Oct. 31.
