The Ministry of Finance said it will issue the 2026 central financial institutions recapitalization special treasury bond (Phase I) via competitive bidding on Oct. 8, 2026. The issue is a 5-year fixed-rate coupon bond with a nominal amount of CNY150 billion; the coupon will be set by competitive bidding, interest accrues from Oct. 9, 2026 and is paid annually; supplementary bids from Class-A members will not be accepted.
